Shipping and Returns

All of our products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number so you can track your package at any time. Most packages arrive within an average of 3-4 business days, however some delays may occur and we can not guarantee a specific delivery date unless otherwise noted. Customers paying via Personal Check, Business Check, Money Order, International Money Order will not have their order shipped for an additional 14 days to ensure the funds clear.

We offer a 30 day return policy for defective merchandise. To process a return please send an email to CustomerSupport@icedout.info to make aware of any issues you are having with your merchandise. If it is found that the item is defective we will give you a return authorization number (RAN) and the address to ship the item back to.
